- This website explains Geo Digital Systems services and lets visitors submit project requests.

Project requests and demos
- Submitting a request does not create a paid contract or guarantee that a project will be accepted.
- Demo previews, quotes, timelines, and scope discussions are informational until both sides agree to final project terms.
- Website, automation, app, and software demos may show frontend screens, page structure, or customer-flow previews before a full backend or production setup is built.
- AI assistant demos may show a sample voice, conversation style, response flow, or behavior from prior internal work before a full assistant is configured for a client.
- Full multi-platform systems do not include a free finished platform demo. They begin with a scope review, system roadmap, and agreed project terms before production work starts.
Pricing and scope
- Package prices, setup fees, and project examples are starting points or service descriptions.
- Final pricing, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, revisions, hosting, maintenance, and payment terms may be confirmed separately for each project.
No guaranteed outcomes
- Geo Digital Systems can build foundations for websites, SEO structure, AI assistants, automation, and platforms.
- Rankings, sales, revenue, traffic, advertising results, and third-party platform approvals are not guaranteed.
Third-party services
- Projects may use third-party tools such as hosting providers, Supabase, email providers, analytics tools, payment providers, AI services, or domain/DNS platforms.
- Those services are controlled by their own terms, availability, pricing, and policies.
Intellectual property
- Unless agreed otherwise in a separate project agreement, website content, designs, code, automations, and related project materials remain subject to the agreed payment, license, and handoff terms for that project.
Limitation
- The website is provided for general information and project enquiries.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geo Digital Systems is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses from using the website or relying on information shown here.
